The first practical application for the Shawyer Drive needs to be for orbital pitch control. This will allow the development for the engine control system. The control design can be quite similar to that of the xenon hall thruster although the "propellant usage theories" are not the same.
Eventually, we are imagining Shawyer Drive as being used as the main thruster for interplanetary, or other, propulsion. The Shawyer Drive is considered a reactionless drive because no actual propellant is expelled which has its advantages with regard to the need for fuel storage. Fuel for space vehicle energy consumption is needed.

A reaction control system (RCS) is a spacecraft system that uses thrusters to provide attitude control, and sometimes translation. Use of diverted engine thrust to provide stable attitude control of a short-or-vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, below conventional winged flight speeds, such as the Harrier "jump jet", may also be referred to as a reaction control system.

An RCS is capable of providing small amounts of thrust in any desired direction or combination of directions. An RCS is also capable of providing torque to allow control of rotation (roll, pitch, and yaw).

RCS systems often use combinations of large and small (vernier) thrusters, to allow different levels of response. Spacecraft reaction control systems are used:

for attitude control during re-entry;
for stationkeeping in orbit;
for close maneuvering during docking procedures;
for control of orientation, or 'pointing the nose' of the craft;
as a backup means of deorbiting;
as ullage motors to prime the fuel system for a main engine burn.
Because spacecraft only contain a finite amount of fuel and there is little chance to refill them, some alternative reaction control systems have been developed so that fuel can be conserved. For stationkeeping, some spacecraft (particularly those in geosynchronous orbit) use high-specific-impulse engines such as arcjets, ion thrusters, or Hall effect thrusters. To control orientation, a few spacecraft, including the ISS, use momentum wheels which spin to control rotational rates on the vehicle.

The Shawyer drive would be excellent for precision Vernier control and we can be sure much technology has already been developed with respect to powering flight control systems. We can only envision that the Shawyer drive concept, or some other propulsion system quite similar, is not yet a system being used in practice. We can be certain Area 51 will want to develop the technology first to control the attitude of spy satellites and/or any other space weapon technology. For this reason US Government wishes such technology to be kept secret and out of the public's view. However, the need to develop space technology is a global concern and not the exclusive domain of a US Government which can be quite dysfunctional and misdirected concerning global policies.

After all, can we trust a US Government which denies and does not address even global warming to the exclusive control of space technology?
NO! We cannot! Look at the idiotic US Presidential campaigns that this nation has and the issues that are actually addressed and debated.
And just what happens when we see that giant space rock coming our way and discover that as a species, we were too busy arguing about petty politics about the evil socialists, or what we smoke or whether, or not women have the right to choose, or what GOD does to us when we die, that we did not cooperate to save ourselves as a species from total annihilation?

NO! We were too busy arguing amongst ourselves actively refusing to cooperate and share the technology needed using it instead to create weapons of war.

Indeed, Ronal Reagan and his concept of "Star Wars" weapons systems made me sick to the stomach as it directed space technology to be kept classified so as to enhance weapons technology. Please notice that almost al technology can be used for weapons applications, so keeping a technology secret because it is weapons technology is not a good excuse. Developing from theoretical approach is public domain as it is actual human scientific discovery which is considered to be a human development considered to be independent of national origin; i.e. the idea can be discovered anywhere since it is a mathematical application of existing theory.

What is being kept vague is the correct theoretical explanation of how the Shawyer Drive actually works. The theory concerning quantum quasi-particles is simply not that well known nor widely believed just yet. I am wondering how much this confusion is to the liking of US NSA spooks. However, I consider my discussions to be public domain.
Anyhow, I would like to see how well the propellantless EM Drive system can be used for pitch control for starters, but am also imagining how can use gyroscopic motor/generator inertial energy systems to redirect angular momentum in the desired direction. There are some papers describing reaction control systems using gyroscopic motor generator systems which involves no actual energy consumption other than gyro motor losses. We understand no energy is actually needed to change direction of angular momentum, but energy is needed to change the speed of our space vehicle to go faster and to out there.

We will always have, as our enemy goons, who want to use scientific knowledge for evil purposes such as warfare and they are not all religious fanatics. The US should not be as Germany at the turn of the 19th to the 20th century. Germany had the best technical minds and for this reason German politicians thought they were the supermen who were destined to rule the world. US politicians, self-confidence boosted by the nuclear military might of the US, too often consider themselves the elite who are destined to rule the world.

These US politicians simply cannot understand why they are mocked and hated so intensely.
It is hard to decide between Trump or Clinton dishonesty when you do not like the political attitude of either candidate. I've already discounted the probability of anyone else being nominated. I do not see Clinton choosing Sanders as a running mate. I do not see myself voting for either Trump nor Clinton. I blame Clinton for the problem with Russia because I believe Clinton instigated the Ukrainian coup d'état while she was still Secretary of State. Clinton is too much of a warhawk to ever get my vote. However, since she has never done military service, she is classified as a chickenhawk as she lacks any military service experience.
I do not like even chickenhawks dictatins scientific research policies... but sometimes we have to learn to live with what we have.

Thus, the created assembly is a moving heat source controlled by the propulsion force, enabling indirect control of fluid flows as a micro-optofluidic tool. The existence of these flows, probably caused by the temperature-induced Marangoni effect at the liquid water/superheated water interface, is confirmed by tracking free tracer particles migrating towards the assembly. We propose a straightforward method to control the assembly size, and therefore its temperature, by using a nonuniform optical propelling force that induces the splitting or merging of the group of nanoparticles. We envision further development of microscale optofluidic tools based on these achievements

collected the formulas to study and needed a good verbal description with my own noted addition of the need for the automatic frequency control vs the manual frequency control. So now, I guess I get it.

In his Book "Secrets of Antigravity Propulsion" Dr. Paul LaViolette discusses Project SkyVault which was started at Rocketdyne (Present Day North American Rockwell) Laboratories as early as the 1940's when it was discovered that microwave beams could move objects if the object happened to be made out of the right kind of material. The effect was extremely frequency sensitive and the effect would only occur within the certain bands which were specific to each type of material.
However, If the frequency was slightly off the object could suddenly vaporize! The researchers discovered this was due to the strong electromagnetic resonance that metamaterials have at a specific frequency. Such materials respond to incident microwaves in an unusual way. Take as an example a material that exhibits a resonant response to the electric component of an electromagnetic wave. Over most frequencies the material's permittivity will have a positive value and as a result the applied electric field will induce a polarization in the same direction of it's own field vector. Near a resonant frequency however, the induced polarization will become very large, the metamaterial's large response being due to its accumulation of energy from the microwave beam over many wave cycles. The energy stored in the resonating medium can then greatly exceed that delivered by the incident-driving field. It can be so large that even changing the phase or sign of the incident wave would have little effect on the polarization oscillation.
As a result, when the frequency of the incident wave is increased slightly above this resonant frequency, the applied electric field will be out of phase with respect to the induced polarization oscillation, and as a result, the material will respond by exhibiting a negative permittivity, the induced polarization now being out of phase with the applied electric field, and as a result, the electromagnetic wave will exert a repulsive force on the material.
Physicists John Pendry and David Smtih illustrate this repulsive force in an article from Scientific American where they wrote: "Think of a swing: apply a slow, steady push, and the swing obediently moves in the direction of the push-although it does not swing very high. Once set in motion, the swing tends to oscillate back and forth at a particular rate, known technically as its resonant frequency. Push the swing periodically, in time with this swinging and it starts arcing higher. Now try to push at a faster rate, and the push goes out of phase with respect to the motion of the swing- at some point, your arms might be outstretched with the swing rushing back. If you have been pushing for a while the swing might have enough momentum to knock you over-It is then pushing back on you."
In the same way, electrons in a material with a negative permittivity, go out of phase and resist the "push" of the electromagnetic field. Such materials include silver, gold, and aluminum, whose resonances usually occur at optical frequencies.
The same repulsive force occurs in materials that resonate with the MAGNETIC components of an incoming electromagnetic wave as well. The Magnetic Permeability u, becomes negative at frequencies slightly above the material's resonant frequency. The material's response then is to magnetically resist the magnetic component of the applied ElectroMagnetic Wave. Materials that naturally exhibit negative u domains include ferromagnetic or anti-ferromagnetic materials that exhibit resonances. Such resonances usually occur in frequencies in the gigahertz range and tail off at higher frequencies approaching infra-red.

Protests from ISIS are a vote for Donald Trump

I know that we were asking for some protest demonstrations against Donald Trump, but I must advise these protests to be nonviolent. The overly enthusiastic act of protest from ISIS against NATO, Brussels,the EU and the US is indeed understood as a reaction against the US candidate's demonstrated lack of support as Jerusalem for being the Capitol f Palestine. However, such violence only will cause US voters to vote for Donald Trump and this must mean that ISIS wishes for Donald Trump to coordinate military action against Islam. I do not think even the prophet Mohammed would advise for such an ill thought out military campaign strategy. Mohammed would probably select a strategy that had an end objective.. Oh yeah, I forgot.. it's to make Jerusalem the Capitol of Islam.. Ahhh, but I did not forget.
I need to remind you guys of something. President Jimmy Carter was a nice guy. Yet, an Islamic group attacked his administration and as a result, Ronald Rayguns was elected, and the US decided to become a gigantic military power spending money end over end to try to impress the rest of the world with its military might. You Islamic fundamentalists really fucked up. Ronald Reagan was possibly the worst president of my lifetime, with George W. Bush being a close second. Now you fucking ISIS idiots want US to elect another idiotic, militant BOZO.
If you really want to help your people, your protests need to be just a little less violent.
Donald Trump wants violent protests. Violent acts of protests will help him to get elected.
Now, for ALLAH's sake, have mercy on me. I already had to endure 8 years of Roanld Reagan, 8 years of George W.Bush. George H.W.Bush wasn't too bad, but I have my doubts concerning him, because of Bay of Pigs and being Reagan's hatchet man.
Now Clinton was halfway tolerable. He helped Palestine out more than the others.
Now, if you idiots really wish to help your Palestinian brethren, go ahead and do all you can to help get Donald Trump elected. Perhaps your cells aren't that well coordinated, and perhaps all US voters aren't going to be intimidated into electing a tyrant who would suppress Islam and then really get you mad.

I was sort of speechless for a day. Now we know why Bernie didn't speak at AIPAC. He didn't want a thing to do with antagonizing the response of ISIS.
Donald Trump, of course, promised to fight ISIS the most, by being very anti=Palestine.. However, the issues concerning Palestine are not the issues concerning ISIS, I think?

Just some considerations from the Lazarus Cain politically incorrect "think-tank foundation". Not sure if I could vote for Clinton if Sanders is not on her ticket. Just some more strategic advice! Extra violence from ISIS requires all the extra Democratic support you can find, since ISIS violence will bring out the anti-Islamic vote. They do want a GOP US President as that will make it easier for them to recruit. We agree on this. The enemy isn't going to take the time to read me, and if they do, let them. Did Mark Twain write that?

Well.... We really do ot want to be so bold as to say that.
Doc is making some serious inroads to developing the flux capacitor to completion, but heaven help US if President Biff gets to use it.
Biff was a bully to Doc in the high school calling Doc a nerd and wimpy looking.
Now Bernie reminds Doc of Einstein in a funny way. Maybe Doc is sympathetic with Bernie because he shares the same hair style.

The flux capacitor resonantly compresses magnetic flux using the relativistic acceleration effects of quasi-particles extracted from the vacuum so as to warp... and so on the Doc goes as he describes the way his device works, but it goes way over my head as to what he is saying.

The world stands on alert concerning Trump as the US President heads to Israel to further provoke Palestinian anger.
We should recognize "Trumpspeak" as the equivalent of 1984-style Newspeak.
We would expect a pathological liar to call everyone else who disagrees as liars. We would expect liars to constantly dispute the truth since that is in their nature.
I am in complete agreement with the Pope, but he is much more diplomatic with the wording.

We recall the words of the GOP idol Reagan as he speaks against Trump's intended economic policy of protectionism. I do not think Trump voters used any reason but to line own pocketbook when they voted for him. A vote for Hoover and the GOP in 1928 was indeed a vote to secure the onset of the Great Depression and also the Great World War which follows. Perhaps Trump also sees a necessity of wiping out a third of mankind to contain population growth..

on August 6, 1983, in a radio address to the nation, Reagan spoke about the benefits of trade and the dangers of protectionism. He said, in part:

"I'd like to talk to you today about trade — a powerful force for progress and peace, as you well know. The winds and waters of commerce carry opportunities that help nations grow and bring citizens of the world closer together. Put simply, increased trade spells more jobs, higher earnings, better products, less inflation, and cooperation over confrontation. The freer the flow of world trade, the stronger the tides for economic progress and peace among nations.

I've seen in my lifetime what happens when leaders forget these timeless principles. They seek to protect industries and jobs, but they end up doing the opposite. One economic lesson of the 1930's is protectionism increases international tensions. We bought less from our trading partners, but then they bought less from us. Economic growth dried up. World trade contracted by over 60 percent, and we had the Great Depression. Young Americans soon followed the American flag into World War II.

No one wants to relive that nightmare, and we don't have to."

China cold use the help of some solid Western Logos to contain any efforts by Ishmael to disrupt Chinese traditions. It is not as if there is not some fundamental differences between Christianity, Islam and Judaism with which the West is currently struggling. Social problems are not solely economic in origin.. To China, these are all Western traditions foreign to native Chinese culture.
Logos is quite similar to logic, but has religious and philosophical overtones.
To effectively deal with North Korea, Trump knows , or should realize, that he must be good with China.
I still believe North Korea issue could be resolved by surrendering to North Korea a few disputed islands. These islands, like the artificial islands in thee South China Sea, are nothing more than military bases.
Sort of reminds me of Crimea.

Now, WE ADVISE THE WORLD OF ISLAM THAT THE MAHDI WOULD ASK CHINA TO GIVE UP ITS SOUTH CHINA ARTIFICIAL ISLANDS IN EXCHANGE FOR PEACE IN KOREA AS A RESULT OF NORTH KOREA GETTING OFFICIAL SOVEREIGNTY OF THE DISPUTED ISLANDS.

Seven people have been arrested at protests outside a US immigration office in Phoenix, amid fears a woman was due to be deported to Mexico.

Guadalupe Garcia de Rayos, 36, was taken into custody during a routine check in at the centre, US reports say.
The mother of two has been living in the US illegally since the age of 14.
Protesters, who feared her deportation under President Donald Trump's clamp down on immigration, blocked a van believed to be carrying Ms de Rayos.
It was one of several vehicles stopped from leaving the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) centre on Wednesday evening.

Activists said it was not immediately clear if she had been moved out of the centre later on, after some vehicles were seen leaving the grounds via another exit.
According to local Ktar radio station, Ms de Rayos was arrested in 2008 during a raid on her workplace and was convicted of identity theft for possessing false papers.
But she was allowed to continue living in Arizona as long as she checked in with her local ICE office in Phoenix every six months, the report adds.

It was during this check in on Wednesday that she was taken into custody, just days after Donald Trump signed an executive order broadening the regulations under which some people will be deported.
It stipulates that any undocumented immigrants convicted of a criminal offense get priority for deportation.
"We're living in a new era now, an era of war on immigrants," Ms de Rayos's lawyer, Ray A Ybarra Maldonado told the New York Times.

WASHINGTON — In the Obama administration’s last days, some White House officials scrambled to spread information about Russian efforts to undermine the presidential election — and about possible contacts between associates of President-elect Donald J. Trump and Russians — across the government. Former American officials say they had two aims: to ensure that such meddling isn’t duplicated in future American or European elections, and to leave a clear trail of intelligence for government investigators.

American allies, including the British and the Dutch, had provided information describing meetings in European cities between Russian officials — and others close to Russia’s president, Vladimir V. Putin — and associates of President-elect Trump, according to three former American officials who requested anonymity in discussing classified intelligence. Separately, American intelligence agencies had intercepted communications of Russian officials, some of them within the Kremlin, discussing contacts with Mr. Trump’s associates.

Then and now, Mr. Trump has denied that his campaign had any contact with Russian officials, and at one point he openly suggested that American spy agencies had cooked up intelligence suggesting that the Russian government had tried to meddle in the presidential election. Mr. Trump has accused the Obama administration of hyping the Russia story line as a way to discredit his new administration.

At the Obama White House, Mr. Trump’s statements stoked fears among some that intelligence could be covered up or destroyed — or its sources exposed — once power changed hands. What followed was a push to preserve the intelligence that underscored the deep anxiety with which the White House and American intelligence agencies had come to view the threat from Moscow.
It also reflected the suspicion among many in the Obama White House that the Trump campaign might have colluded with Russia on election email hacks — a suspicion that American officials say has not been confirmed. Former senior Obama administration officials said that none of the efforts were directed by Mr. Obama.
